II Troféu do Sabugueiro 01 e 02-11-2008
Realizou-se nos dias 1 e 2 de Novembro o II Troféu do Sabugueiro organizado pelo recém criado Gafanhori.Dentro deste evento também se realizou o Campeonato regional sul de estafetas.A prova foi realizada num mapa novo com um terreno de montado com áreas com muitos detalhes rochosos e zonas de pouca…

visibilidade, corrida geralmente fácil alguns caminhos,vegetação rasteira e vedações, relevo médio-baixo. Na Prova de Estafetas foi utilizado um formato muito particular para dar destaque ao espectáculo. A arena é numa zona aberta onde existem 3 pontos de espectadores nos quais os percursos maiores iram passar. Na parte da tarde realizou-se a Prova de sprint na aldeia do Sabugueiro em que o mapa é na zona urbana, em zona plana e zona de floresta de montado com muitos detalhes rochosos, muita vegetação e algum desnível.
