aside the track soon after clocking 14’29” for 5km. My focus has not been on track workouts lately, as it should have been in order to keep up the leg speed that’s needed to run 69 second laps. I am disappointed with my track performances so far, but I know that by raising my mileage the coming up winter I will get where I eventually want to. Anyway, my season is yet far from over.
