?5 Dias de Istambul?. Num terreno de difícil progressão, com muitos detalhes de relevo, vegetação caída e pequenos trilhos (mapa de 2007, à escala de 1:10.000, corrigido em Outubro de 2008 por Dian Bonev), Manuel Dias foi, dos nossos representantes, aquele que esteve melhor. No seu escalão (M55), Bernhar Schilling (Suiça) foi o mais rápido com 53.13, logo seguido dos ?incontornáveis? Vesa Turku (Finlândia) e Stefan Maj (Eslováquia). Manuel Dias gastou mais 6.42 e alcançou a 4ª posição. No escalão M21A, entre 37 concorrentes, Jorge Simões foi o 21º classificado com o tempo de 2.16.13. A vitória sorriu ao húngaro…
