seems easy you probably arent going fast enough. Training in neighbouring terrain last week I got the impression that it would be possible to think youd had a good, clean race only to find you had lost considerable time all around the course just from not being quite on it, missing the bridges between holes by a few metres here, there and everywhere and not quite running the best lines. Only the fittest, fastest and most accurate orienteers will succeed! A training with some route choice problems.
