to put in years / thousands of hours of ground work. They are having a debate tonight. I would like to attend but it is being held within the embargoed area for WOC 2010 so I wont. Just in case.It doesnt concern me since I am not particularly young or talented but in general I disagree with Kvålsvolls comments and think that he probably hasnt looked in detail at the training Hoff and Helgerud recommend.
