to race here, but as we had only been ranked 16th in the country before the race, no one was expecting anything from us. I have had some health issues last two weeks back in Arizona, so I have worked out on my own lately. On October 6th after a fine 6xmile workout I stretched and took an ice bath, just as after every other hard workout. When I got out of the ice bath I felt a little strange, and it was because my heart rate jumped up to over 250. After a couple minutes my pulse was down…
