training programme which basically involves doing lots of interval sessions, like long hill intervals, hard, but not at super-high intensity in a block. About 14 sessions in just over 2 weeks. Ive done most of them on a treadmill which was extremely dull especially as outside the autumn colours in Trondheim are really pretty. Check it out.Anyway the boredom and slog are on hold as Im off to Hungary on Tuesday, my first chance to train with the GB team in over a year. The new GB big boss has not been chosen yet, they are interviewing in November, so…
