lift up to a glacier almost 3000 meter above sea level, where it was good conditions for cross country skiing and also really nice weather most of the days. On the glacier we trained a lot of hours with easy skiing, but also some specific technique training for both the skiing- and orienteering-technique. It was a pleasure to out in the mountains with so nice conditions, and hard to go down from the glacier for eating lunch.
