No WOC 2006...
(En français ci-dessous) Injured after Jukola (mid-June), it is with many regrets that I must give up running the World Orienteering Championships in Denmark next week. A too long stop of training prevented me from preserving the shape which I had acquired from multiple sacrifices and important training and work.…

Injured on plantaris tendon (rupture) since Jukola, I could not train during the 5 last weeks. The alternative training (road cycling and water running) considered initially did not enable me to train freely and especially without pains. Resting and medical caring is the only thing I can do. I must wait and act actively so that everything goes right as soon as possible. Â You can easily imagine the loss of shape and it will take weeks even months to be back to my best level. I will try to prepare me as well as possible to save this season…
