light only 2 high intensity trainings. Therefore I was unsure about my current form. But there was nothing to worrie about I had a good speed in the forest. I decided to go hard from beginning. Didnt feel superb but pushed hard. Caught a "slower" runner at 4th control, the last couple of times that have happened I have made mistakes on the following legs.
