Aron Rono, got me by a mere 18 seconds over the 8km course. This is not a fast course however, so my 24’34” isn’t anything to brag about. Dissimilar from my normal summer routine, I took a short break from running this July, and have thus only been back running twice a day for a little over a month. I must have been doing the right things since then as I am already in a decent shape. Or is it the break that has made my body ready to accept workouts better?
