la scala 1:15.000 per i problemi di lettura in corsa soprattutto nei punti corti.Tatticamente ho corso come previsto: ricerca della fluidità tecnica e fisica nella prima parte, scelte di percorso senza rischi e finale in progressione. Intertempi alla mano, è andato -quasi- tutto come speravo: in testa dopo la prima mezzora di gara (punto 12, nonostante una terza ala di farfalla corsa con i piedi di piombo per paura di sbagliare), ho avuto un passaggio a vuoto di una decina di minuti (punti 13, 14 e prima parte della tratta lunga) in cui ho avuto qualche indecisione in zona punto…
