Boas.Chamo-me Rafael Miguel, nasci em Canelas (Estarreja) no dia 7 de Janeiro de 1993 e o meu clube é o Ori-Estarreja.Tomei conhecimento deste desporto através do meu irmão Diogo Miguel, até que um dia participei numa prova (Campeonato Ibérico de 02,03-12-2006, em Sabrosa). a decisão de deixar o meu antigo desporto ? a patinagem de Velocidade, o qual já praticava há 9 anos - e dedicar-me à Orientação.Comecei a ir às provas e os resultados eram razoáveis para quem só tinha uns meses de Orientação. A partir daí comecei a treinar, a progredir, e tomei a decisão de que a minha segunda época na Orientação seria cumprida no escalão de Juvenis para tentar o apuramento para o EYOC 2008, objectivo esse que foi conseguido a 100%.Actualmente treino entre cinco e seis vezes por semana, mas apenas treinos físicos (corrida) porque não tenho bons…
