camp, and I feel like it gave me a really good sense of how to run in Trondheim. The terrain is Scandinavian, but it clearly differs from what I have seen so far. Rolling hills, very few rock features, and an interesting contrast between the typical âTrondheimâ open swamps and some dense âbushyâ forest, characterize the terrain. We trained 140km of orienteering during this camp, most of it in the swamps⦠my shoes havenât dried yet. I really enjoyed it and I am looking forward for some further training camps in sight of the 2010 WOC.
