per il secondo campo di allenamento consecutivo: si preannunciano 13 giorni intensi ma il divertimento non dovrebbe mancare!In questo mese ho messo in secondo piano per forza di cose il mezzofondo veloce: gli impegni dei prossimi mesi saranno prevalentemente sulla lunga (talvolta extra-lunga) distanza e la preparazione è stata improntata per dare il meglio proprio su questa distanza, che avevo curato meno in primavera.Intanto, allinizio di questa settimana, ho trascorso 3 giorni sulle Dolomiti con Laura, ospiti degli amici Lorenzo Vivian -prima- ed Emiliano Corona -dopo-, dove non sono mancati gli allenamenti: da Panarotta (nella foto) a Caltena (nellimmagine), con…
