not very much new, but still very interesting! To make it short, hier a summary of what you may expect for next years WOC:High temperatures, high humidity: now we had 30-34 degrees on some days, even in the mountains..Climbings: often steep, often deep (hugh depressions), other areas are less steep, but you still get a lot of climbing together. I did in 8 trainings 2780 meters climbing...Agressive nettles: AUTSCH! Why do nettles have to grow to a bigger-than-me-size???Stones: start training your coordination and strength, you will need it!
