Back home! Dopo la settimana di scarico post Mondiali, il 27 Luglio è ricominciata la preparazione in vista degli impegni agonistici della 2^ parte di stagione (saranno in numero minore ma non meno importanti di quelli avuti in primavera).

Laura e da dove sono rientrato ieri sera: corse nella sabbia e in acqua, allenamenti in carta (Torcito direzione + lettura fine ed Otranto -sprint), gare su strada in circuito (Torre Suda 5°, Spongano 3°e Muro Leccese 5°) ed un cambio nella metodologia di allenamento, con laggiunta delluscita pre-colazione. Purtroppo il problema alla schiena talvolta risulta più che fatidioso (altri esami saranno dobbligo), ma fortunamente non è ancora stato troppo limitante nello svolgimento del programma. Il giro di boa è quindi completato, adesso non resta che alzare lo spinnaker e soffiare nella vela.
