Todays Sprint Distance offered a fast but tricky challenge. My race was good and I finished on the 23rd spot which is a bit of my goal to be among the 20 fastest runners. Fridays Middle Distance competition still gives me a chance to achieve that. Tomorrows Long Distance day…
