Long distance was long, slow, curvy and bushy for me this year. The day was physically really bad and it was hard to concentrate on the long or even rest after the victory. In addition, I noticed that i had left my spirits and brains on our table. Those Ill…

have to take with me tomorrow;) I also draw my course and there arent too many controls that i found straight away. I tried to look at that piece of paper I had in my hand sometimes, but obviously not often enough. So, seventh place this year. My humble congratulations to all the medalists! Tomorrow, Ill be the anchor in our relay team. So its time to put the legs up and take some extra energy. its a new day tomorrow and there are still some medals left:)PICTURES: Map, WOC long distance
