8th place in the World Champs middle
Im still slightly disappointed after Thursdays middle distance performance. I had planned to use a safe tactics and that was ruined already during the first leg where I didnt understand almost anything what was on the map (I lacked the skills, it wasnt because of the map). I could handle…

that situation with the sense of direction and mistake was not too big. On my way to the 5th control I had a long blackout period and I was almost out of the game due to that. That mistake was too big to be coped with in my mind and the performance was rather tough after that. The terrain, map and the course were just perfect and I think it was the best middle distance competition Ive ever run.
