had a good flow and everything was under control. At the finish I was a little bit surprise to win my heat because I made one mistake and I havent had the impression that I was pushing hard. Anyway that was a good confirmation that my physical shape was good and that my tactic in this terrain was appropriate.Winning my heat allowed me to start second last.
