Stamattina a Parma ho fatto lultimo allenamento prima della partenza per i Mondiali Assoluti in Repubblica Ceca (domattina): riscaldamento sulla carta del Campus universitario e ripetute lunghe sul percorso dei campionati italiani sprint del 2003 nel centro storico della città ducale.
Senza infamia e senza lode: buoni tempi, nessun problema…

con il caldo, automatismi che funzionano, ma in questo periodo mi sarei aspettato unulteriore crescita della forma. Negli ultimi dieci giorni, rientrato dagli Europei in Germania, ho lavorato bene e le sensazioni sono state altalenanti; soprattutto nel fine settimana: nel 3000 siepi dei Campionati di Società male ma non malissimo e nel trail running a Montese (MO) bene ma non benissimo (4°). Staremo a vedere. Comunque vada in Cechia, finirà qui la mia prima parte di stagione, che è stata lunga, itinerante ed intensa (oltre le previsioni invernali).
