start with the Middle distance for men (with Øystein Kvaal Østerbøs route) Some more routes can be found in RouteGadget. You can even check the route of Pasi Ikonen. The facts: The course was 6,1km- 22 controls. The start: It was clear from me early in the planning that I wanted the start at the arena. I wanted the spectators to see the runners as much a possible, and I felt it was possible to make a good enough course by having the start at the arena.
