WOC Training Camp and 5 [km] test
Last three weeks (after disappointed Jukola) I trained in home ground near my parents place. Two training camps (2 * 3 days) were organised for me by some of my club mates. My goal was to improve my physical shape (especially running uphill) and to feel relax regarding to CZEs…

After two months of orienteering competition and according to results, it was also the time to admit that my shape is not the best (because of injury during all winter) I can pretend.
