time to this event (note - I was ISOA chairman then, so it was my decision). This year the decision, again, was to send the national junior team to EYOC in Switzerland.EYOC is a smaller event which can serve as a good stepping stone on the way to JWOC. It is intended for orienteers aged 15 to 18, while JWOC is for ages up to 20. The fact that we can skip JWOC shows that there is a generation gap here in Israel - our top junior runner is 18, and our youngest senior is 22. Next year two of…
