Per il medio in carta di stamattina ho usato il percorso MA della gara in centro storico a Modena dello scorso Novembre a cui non avevo partecipato: tracciato dalla Svezia da Jack Seidenari, il percorso aveva delle belle scelte di percorso ed in unoccasione (punto 3) è stato fondamentale guardare…

la descrizione-punto per deciderla. Ho corso cercando di allenare alcune situazioni e componenti alla base della sprint: punti a memoria, cambio di scelta in corsa, arrivare al punto impreparato per la tratta successiva, ricerca dellagilità sui cambi di direzione e nel rilancio dellazione. Nonostante le gambe fossero un po pesanti per le ripetute con siepi e riviera di ieri sera, sono contento dellallenamento fatto, anche perchè dallo studio a consuntivo delle scelte di percorso credo che solo alla 7 non abbia fatto la migliore (stimati 6-7 persi).
