pela Secção de Orientação do Clube AFIS - Atletas Fim de Semana, teve lugar durante o dia de ontem um Workshop de Iniciação à Orientação. Tendo em vista sensibilizar e incentivar a prática da modalidade, o curso destinou-se prioritariamente a todos aqueles que gostam de praticar desporto, de manter actividade física saudável e do contacto com a natureza.Incidindo nas vertentes teórico-práticas, o Curso foi ministrado por Albano João (COC) e António Amador (Ori-Estarreja), que contaram com a preciosa colaboração de dois outros orientistas do COC - Clube de Orientação do Centro: Maria Palmira e Joaquim Sousa.
