My training plan for the two weeks between EOC and Jukola says "quantity and hills". Right now I am in Sälen (where O-Ringen 2008 will be held) at a one-week-long training camp. I am not going to participate in O-Ringen because I am member of one of the organizing clubs…

so I have possibility to run some of the courses already now. Yesterday I ran part of the WorldCup long distance mens course, enjoying both the course and also the nature in mountains very much. Today I used one of the training maps for O-Ringen (there is a training package consisting of 5 different maps + controls available - so far I can find the information about the training package only in Swedish).
