my body did not responded to the training at all. When pollen-season came, it felt like I haven?t been training for years. After a quite hard physical start of the competition-season, I decided to have a break from orienteering, and focus on other things, which doesn?t mean I quit training, cause I still do, no shloppyfloppy stomach here,but I mentally needed a break as nothing felt fun anymore.
