Rest day Sunday: Relay Sprint: Qualification: We knew that good races was need for qualification for the afternoons A-final, so the tactic was clear. Focus on navigation and fast running where the navigation made this possible. Didnt really do any technical mistakes but didnt feel that I could push hard enough. Got lactic in the arms and couldnt get the heart rate up high (max average heart rate was about 3-6 beat under the usual level). Anyway I qualified in 12th spot 27 sec behind in the closest heat. Final: Felt good in the beginning but made a small mistake…
