Questa mattina gara di qualificazione per la Long Distance: purtroppo nessun italiano in finale, distanziati dal tempo utile per entrarvi dai 2 in su. però era importantissimo correre sempre molto forte. Penso che come squadra non abbiamo avuto molti problemi dal punto di vista tecnico, sicuramente è mancata la componente fisica: ancora troppo ampio il divario tra noi (che comnque rispetto agli scorsi anni siamo migliorati molto) e le nazionali più forti, che comunque continuano a progredire sempre di più. Per quel che mi riguarda oggi ho corso una buona gara, senza particolari errori nelle zone tecniche, mentre ho avuto grossi problemi con la bussola nei punti 1 e 11. Sono proprio contento per come ho affrontato le zone tecniche (che caratterizzeranno la middle)…
