me to get ready for the EOC. Itll be my first experience to compete with the best European orienteers. Ill run sprint(26.05) and long(27.05) qualification races and hopefully Ill get to the finals. My shape last week was very bad but I believe that Ill manage to improve my speed till the EOC. Last week I was competeing in two last selection races for the JWOC. It was junior cross-country race on Friday evening and long distance on Saturday. 16.05 Cross-country BiÄ·ernieki 7,5km 0:30:36 My speed wasnt too high and I felt very tired running uphill.
