The long distance took place in the same terrain on Monday.Those races allowed me to test my shape before European Champs which take place in less than two weeks.SprintMy race went quite well and Im satisfy with my performance. Except for a small mistake on the way to the 5th control where I lost about 10 seconds, I didnt do any mistake.MiddleMy motivation for this race was high and I really wanted to do fast orienteering.
