Questoggi giornata di allenamenti in carta per me: alla mattina allenamento middle nelle Pinete di Cecina e di Bibbona (20 riscaldamento + 20 medio CO + 8 corsa lenta + 25 forte CO), con due percorsi di 3,1 e 4,3 km (visibili nella sezione risultati). Al pomeriggio trasferimento a Roccastrada,…

paesino arrocato circa 45 km a nord rispetto a Grosseto: qui ho provato i due percorsi sprint (le bozze ancora non definitive) che assegneranno il titolo di campione toscano sprint nella gara organizzata dallIKP di Prato, nella figura di Massimo Bianchi, domenica 18 maggio. Visto che in quel periodo non sarò in Toscana e quindi non avrei partecipato alla gara, ho pensato comunque di sfruttare il nuovo impianto (cartografato da Giaime Origgi, IKP) e i percorsi di Massimo per fare due buoni allenamenti sprint. Molto suggestivo il centro storico, per chi non avesse impegni consiglio vivamente di partecipare alla gara.…
