zona punto (punti 7 e 8); poi, dopo i 40 di gara, ho cercato di aumentare il ritmo: un problema ad una scarpa e di lettura a causa della caduta nella palude fangosa, però, mi hanno un po deconcentrato e non sono riuscito a rendere nella parte finale come speravo, anche per lerrore al punto 24. Alla fine è risultato un 4° posto in 1h2804.
