Yesterday it was 2 important races in one day. Ziemeļu 2-days (1st day) and Saulkrastu sprint in the evening both selections races to EOC, JWOC, WUOC and Baltic championship. 6,4km 24c) It was same course for M21E and M20 so I was participateing in M20 group. Course was easy and fast only with some complicated parts but mostly fast orienteering. I was beaten by 7sec. by my club mate Zemgus Žagata who was very fast. I had some small mistakes for about 50sec, and I must addmit that speed wasnt my friend in no case. Results from Ziemeļu 2-days Saulkrastu sprint (sprint 3,2km 13c) It was just some 5 hours between middle distance and sprint. So it was very important to regenerate and be ready for sprint.
