Kortidstansetrening i Tsjekkia Jeg har vært så superheldig å bli uttatt til landslagets VM-samling i Tjsekkia, og med en snill sjef på jobb kunne jeg pakke bagen og dra sydover- mot sol og kontinentalterreng. Vi bodde på et lyxig Tennis (!)-hotell i en liten by nær Olomouc (vertsby for VM),…

sammen med finner svensker og noen kanadiere, og utenom trening kunne vi boltre oss i tennisbaner, bowling og basseng/badstu (som jeg dessverre aldri fikk testet ut). I løpet av samlingas 6 dager fikk vi betydningsfull trening i VM-relevant terreng, løpe Moravian Open Championship (noen med mer fart i beina enn andre), med en avsluttende fjellgeit-stafett med dype daler og bratte bakker. Bodil Holmstrøm beskrev denne dagen godt; en nær døden opplevelse ;), beina mine ville i alle fall ikke løpe mer!En forkortet klassisk distanse i M.o.C, Lena Eliasson løp 21 min. under stipulert... StafettVM er ikke hovedmålet i år, men…
