Great and well organized event Royal MICR-O Challenge was indeed challenge for all competitors. was course with micro orienteering elements 1,9km 14c. I did good race only with few small mistakes. My major mistake was that I started to slow down and read more map in micr-o part. That certainly was wrong because I lost so extremely important time. It wasnt necessary to slow down because terrain was so fast and easy. It was important to merge fast speed and orienteering with exact control description reading. After all I lost only 1:05min to winner Mārtiņš Sirmais that isnt too bad for me. Hopefully shape will be better to 19.04 when it will be 2…
