Yesterday the Norwegian Team finished our training-camp for WOC in Czech Republic with running Relay in the Moravian Open Championship. It was a strong start filed with all the national teams who was on training-camp and a lot of local teams. I was running the first leg for the Norwegian…

My leg went well except some smaller mistakes, and I was among the leading teams the whole leg, and could change over to Anders Nordberg 13 seconds behind Jan Prochazka from Czech.Michal Smola did a great second leg for the Czech team, and changed over more than 3 minutes before a group of Olav Lundanes Emil Wingstedt, Mariann Davidik and Nordberg. On the last leg Tomas Dlabaja secures the victory for the Czech team in front of SwedenÂ’s David Andersson, Norways second teams Lars Skjeset and Audun Weltzien for my team. Results
