In questi ultimi tre giorni, in uno dei rari week end liberi da gare, ho cercato comunque di sfruttare al meglio le occasioni che mi si sono prospettate per effettuare alcuni allenamenti tecnici: - sabato 5, al Parco di Gocciadoro, approfittando del circuito Orientaparco organizzato dal TRENT-O, ho fatto un…

allenamento di tre ripetute in carta; - domenica 6, ospite sempre della stessa società trentina, ho partecipato allallenamento sociale (distanza middle) tracciato da Andrea Rinaldi nella carta di Sella Valsugana; - oggi lunedi 7, su un divertente e impegnativo percorso ideato da Alessio Tenani, il quale sarà anche il tracciatore della Coppa Italia Sprint di sabato prossimo a Imola organizzata dalla Pol. Masi, ho corso una sprint sulla carta di Cognola, sobborgo di Trento. Dopo lesordio non proprio brillante della scorsa settimana, la condizione sembrerebbe in crescita; la caviglia purtroppo fa ancora la dispettosa: voglio comunque tener duro ancora aprile…
