quite clarified yet. The race could not have been a better one for me – I was running in a pack and was able to stay on the inside rail for all 25 laps on this calm, cool California evening. I reached the halfway point in 14’32” and was able to stay relaxed and almost on the same pace for most of the second, 14’44”, half of the race. My famous “fish-on-dry-land” –look didn’t commence until the last kilometer, according to my cheering teammates. Is there a physical barrier set that regulates how fast I will ever be able to…
