too much travelling in the past few months I also took some rest days before the training camp in Riga but already the first days showed that I shouldnt even try to push hard in the trainings there. So, instead I enjoyed the spirit of the beautiful little city and jogged around in the nice terrains. The positive thing was my knee which was much better than before! In Czechs Ill also try to climb up and down some hills as I cannot really avoid it anymore. Besides, Im also starting my competition season in two weeks. So its about…
