woods in our area could be typical for some of the races at WOC 2012. This is very motivating. A lot of the Swiss elite runners have set their sights on this WOC. For many of us, it would be a good last WOC. I could see that for myself as well. Actually I started a Fab-club at the beginning of this year with the goal to be in the Top 20 by 2012. With this WOC in our neighbourhood, I hope to be able to prepare well for it and achieve my goal. But until then there are many…
