days with the Finnish national team in Southern Switzerland. On our way to Locarno we refreshed our memories by visiting the World Cup 2002 sprint race area in Lausanne and it was also very interesting to drive over the Alpes to Italy without winter tyres... The o-trainings werent really a succes as the downhills were just too steep and long for me and my stupid knee at the moment. The sprints were perhaps better even though the fast movements felt a bit weird after the long months of slow speed. There are a few examples of the trainings below. As…
