training week, my legs are better then, than in a rest-week, but due to other reasons this time I had to run the test in a rest-week. That, in combination with way too much work, was just too much. The outer circumstances were perfect yesterday, sunny, warm, almost no wind, a fast track, good running companions and still, after 2,5km it was just end of story.
