The long training-camp is almost in finish
Only couple of days left and our month in southern Europe is over. As a brief conclusion I would say that this training period has been the best and the most reasonable training period Ive ever done. And we have seen a lot, what comes to life in general. I…

shall report the training and the trip on next week but now well check some highlights: 1. le Lavandou. We spend a week in southern France beside the Mediterranean sea focusing in culture and good physical training. The long workouts were easy and long enough. It couldnt have been better ;-). 2. le Caylar. The spectacular and detailed rocky terrain was really worth of visiting even if the I was missing a lot and the winter was more white than in Finland in January. But in August there wont be any snow and the participants of the Aveyron 6 days…
