morning in florest and in the afthernoon urban in Castelo de Vide village.For me this was a good competition, however in the morning I did one big mistake: the two first controls were very easy and the third was a litle bit more dificult, but I didn't understand it and take a bad direction who made me loose about 2 minutes :cry: In afthernoon the race was almost perfect and I enjoy it very much. The Middle Distance Championship was very disappointing for me. I start the race very concentrated however in the 7th control a disaster happened. I take…
