on Saturday. This is an important training period of the year, where I am building up the base of my fitness, but racing at Conference is always exciting and at the same time a refreshing workout. I have been up in the 100-mile-week range already and will get back up there again starting next week. As my trackresults over longer distances haven’t improved since I came to the US I have to try changing things around. I have started doing a runner’s lifting program set up by Phil Wharton twice a week and think the mile PR is at least…
