in Estonia and failed to make top 15 in one of the races (some of them had only one chance), were excluded a chance to make to the world championships. A very hard (strange) rule which was applied in the cases of R.Riapolov, G. Vinogradova, L. Stanchenko and A. Fadeeva. The named runners participated at the selection races and some of them performed really well, however, the selection criteria was not changed.
