Le Tour de France 2008
Hello! Greetings from Le Lavandou! Our long trip has started well. The three first days included quite a much driving, tourism etc. but training has been good. Special thanks goes to Alessio and Stefano for the nice training day near Milano. Now we are going to spend a week here…

in Southern France, but this is not going to be any vacation on the beach. During the first two and a half days Ive run 83km, containing 2,2km uphill...And the weather is good for training, temperature is only 10-15C.
